Mountlea Country Park is situated on the spectacular Cornish south coast surrounded by beautiful countryside and breathtaking views. The local village of Par is close by offering all the necessary amenities including Post Office, Health Centre and Library. The bustling town of St Austell is only four miles away and there is a regular bus service from the park entrance. The park covers ten acres and overlooks Carlyon Bay and many of the homes have sea views over the bay to Dodman Point or across Par Bay towards Polkerris and Gribbin Head. Directions to the Park

1. At J31 M5 exit onto the A30 towards Bodmin/Okehampton for 60 miles
2. Exit onto A38/Launceston Rd towards A389, continue for approx 1 mile
3. Turn left at A38/Cooksland Rd, continue for 0.7 miles
4. Turn left at A38, go through 1 roundabout continue for 0.8 miles
5. At roundabout take 3rd exit onto Turfdown Rd, carry on for 1,4 miles
6. At next roundabout take 1st exit onto B3268, continue on for 1.4 miles
7. Take slight right at B3269 carry on for 1.8 miles
8. Turn right at A390, continue for 3.8 miles
9. Turn left at Middleway, arrive in Par
10. Head for Harbour Rd and take the turning at the side of Parr Inn which leads straight to the Park entrance. Office can be found on Gribbon Way
