Trevadlock Hall Park is situated just six miles from the thriving country town of Launceston, once the gateway to Cornwall. The park itself enjoys breathtaking views over the spectacular Bodmin Moor and surrounding countryside. The local village of Lewannick, which is within walking distance, has a busy post office, shop, doctor's surgery, public house, village hall and beautiful country church.
The park covers about seven acres and the majority of the homes have extremely generous plots and purpose-built garages. There is a daily bus service to Launceston and the fishmonger and mobile libraray call at the park. The residents meet socially in an informal group known as the "crafties" and there are several social clubs and societies for the more mature person in the nearby village of North Hill.
