It is the best thing we have ever done!
My Wife and I moved into our home on Ardnave Park in June 2013 and both of us can honestly say that it is the best thing we've ever done. The park itself is truly a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place to live, laid out neatly and completely on the level and within easy walking distance of local shops, pubs, and a beautiful natural beach. The management team are extremely friendly and helpful, and have become good friends. Our home at Ardnave is all we could ever wish it to be, very modern, light and airy, and extremely cosy, and laid out to provide trouble free easy living with virtually no maintainence required. Neither of us had ever considered moving to a park home, but the moment we first looked at Ardnave Park we knew instantly that it was where we wanted to be. For us it is a great way of life
After leaving the city life of Bristol 12 years ago to start a new life, in a park home, at Mill on the Mole, in 2002, we can honestly say we have never looked back. The park is so quiet and peaceful.We have met a lot of new friends that are always about when needed to help in anyway. The local bus will take you to the town of South Molton about 5 mins away where there are a lot of independent local shops, pubs, supermarket doctors and dentist. From the park there are so many places to visit. We also have a park management team that live on site, they are always on hand if you need advice and always willing to help.
